**Safety Belt Under
For safety reasons, all passengers must wear a seat belt when driving in a vehicle (minimum fine of 5,000 baht).
- Prices are per vehicle.
- After 10:30 PM, a surcharge of 100 baht per hour applies, based on the driver's meeting time.
- A surcharge of 100 baht applies for Nai Harn and Rawai areas.
- For Mai Khao and Nai Yang areas, we recommend using an airport taxi.

**Early Morning Flight Reservation Date**
Because flights arrive early in the morning, reservations must be made based on the flight departure date, even if the actual pickup date is the next day (+1 day). Devils is not responsible for any issues arising from booking on an incorrect date.
**Meeting Location**
International Flights: In front of Gates 3-4 at the new airport. Domestic Flights: Exit the terminal building and immediately in front of Gate 2. (Some domestic flights also use the new airport, but this can be a problem when checking. If you contact the airport in advance, the actual information may differ. After exiting the building, call the emergency number and let us know your location. We will relay it to the car rental company and take immediate action.)
※ For airport pickups, please reserve by flight number. Waiting begins 20 minutes prior to flight arrival, taking into account baggage claim and immigration time, and lasts up to 1 hour and 20 minutes after arrival. The driver will be waiting. If more than 1 hour and 20 minutes have passed since landing, you must contact Devil's Divers in advance. In such cases, it is recommended to give the driver a small additional tip for their patience. (A 100 baht tip is appropriate for night pickup drivers.)
**Delays/Cancellations**
The car rental company will not accept personal reasons for pickup failures, such as same-day flight cancellations or delays of more than 1 hour and 20 minutes from the original arrival time. Please note that this will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
**Notes on using the Thailand Phuket pickup service**
The pickup service in Thailand is operated by a Thai-owned vehicle service company. The drivers employed were Thai, and the service standards were Thai, not Korean-style, friendly service. We provide service based solely on objective requirements. Therefore, in most cases, companies will not accept subjective complaints where it's unclear whether the driver's negligence was the cause. Below are some examples of what is and is not considered a complaint.

**Please make a reservation.
On your desired pickup date. (If your vehicle pick-up date and flight departure date are different, please make a reservation for the vehicle pick-up date.)
**Please make your pickup time approximately 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled pickup time.
**Reservation Time
We recommend arriving at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight departure. The customer is responsible for determining the pick-up time. Devil is not responsible for any problems resulting from a late arrival due to road conditions on the day.

01. Reservation Time
Please indicate the time as a 24-hour period. Please note that the same minimum requirements apply to issues published with incorrect information.
02. Number
Passengers other than those listed in the reservation are not permitted. For groups of four or more, including infants, a van must be reserved.
03. Seat Belts
For safety reasons, all passengers must wear seat belts in accordance with Thai law. Please wear your seat belt at all times while riding. (Failure to wear a seat belt will result in a minimum fine of THB 5,000, to be paid by the customer.)
04. Tips
Tips paid to the driver are non-refundable. Even if you misunderstand the baht or dollar units and end up tipping more than expected, it's 100% your fault. No refunds are available. Always check the currency carefully before tipping. All tips belong to the driver and Devils has no involvement. Furthermore, any money given to the driver is considered a tip. Therefore, if you have any additional expenses (such as city tours) to pay, please contact Devils in advance.
05. Insurance
Accidents while using the vehicle are only covered by local Thai insurance. Local Thai insurance only covers hospitalization expenses within Thailand.
06. Upgrade
For Devils customers only, even if you reserve a vehicle, free use may be available on the day, depending on vehicle availability. (Cars and vans) Upgrades are in progress.
07. Luggage (Bags, Valuables)
You may store your luggage in the vehicle. However, you are responsible for any loss or damage to your valuables. Devils is not responsible for these items.
(It is impossible to prove whether the loss was actually in the vehicle or due to the customer's negligence. Furthermore, if theft occurs, all valuables must be confiscated. Please keep your luggage with you and lock it up.)
