Diving Reservation and Cancellation (Cancellation) Policy

 

Course education reservations require a 50% deposit of the price to be reserved!

Fundiving and Similan Riverboard reservations require a 100% deposit to be reserved!

 

Course Training:

 

100% refund, change, cancellation possible one week before (If you register for Divessi Open Water Kit

Regardless of the period, the remaining amount except 1500 baht can be refunded)

50% refund possible 3 days before

No refund, change, cancellation possible 2 days before

(Give up during the training dive: 100% refund not possible)

 

Fun Diving: No refunds, changes, or cancellations allowed 2 days in advance

 

Liveboard reservation: No refunds within 90 days (cancellation policy varies by boat, contact via KakaoTalk)

**Note: ​Underwater photography is provided as a free service during the course training. If the photos are deleted or difficult to recover due to camera or memory problems, our shop will not be held responsible for this. Please understand this. Underwater photography is sold separately during fundiving.

Tour and Show, Hotel, and Vehicle Reservation and Cancellation Policy

You must deposit 100% upon reservation to make a reservation!

If you cancel after making a reservation: Refund of the remaining amount minus the phone fee of 200 baht

If you change the reservation: Possible once, additional phone fee of 200 baht will be charged from the second time

Before 6pm two days before: 50% cancellation charge

After 6pm two days before: 100% cancellation charge

On the day: 100% cancellation charge

 

The time standard is based on Korean local time. 

Please inquire separately about hotel cancellation policies.

How to book diving, liveaboard, and tours

 

1. Register your KakaoTalk or Line ID, inquire and reply, then deposit to your Korean account

2. After confirming the deposit, send the reservation confirmation via KakaoTalk or email
