Please be sure to leave a contactable phone number, as cancellations may occur due to weather conditions. Since pickup and transfers are shared tours with other travelers, pickup may be delayed by 15-20 minutes depending on the tour company's circumstances. Please note that pickup delays are not our responsibility. If pickup is significantly delayed, please contact us on a local mobile phone and we will confirm with the tour company. 

Please wear a life jacket when using the speedboat. Please wear a life jacket while snorkeling. Please understand that the tour itinerary is subject to change without notice due to local circumstances. Children under 3, those with high blood pressure or heart disease, and pregnant women are not permitted to use this service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information about the meeting location.

 

*Weather Information*

The tour will proceed even if it rains lightly. (Please wait for the tour pickup.) If the tour is unavailable due to heavy rain, the tour company will call you before the tour begins. (This is often the day before or on the day of the tour.) We will contact you later using the number you provided.

Sometimes, the tour operator will speak with you while you're still in the car. If the boat cannot depart upon arrival at the dock, it will be returned to your hotel. If the company determines that the boat cannot operate due to inclement weather, a refund will be issued. (A full refund will not be issued if the customer decides not to participate.) However, if the tour is canceled due to inclement weather after it has already begun, a full refund will not be issued.

*Notice regarding pickup delays

All vehicles picked up during tours and performances are independently operated vehicles operated by us. For shared pickups, please board with other guests from the area (hotel). If guests from other areas (hotels) depart late, your pickup may be delayed.

In such cases, please contact Devil's Divers, our independent travel agency in Phuket, for further information. While Devil's Divers does not operate tours directly, we do provide a reservation service. Please note that Devil's Divers is not responsible for any delays resulting from vehicle delays.

※ Tour Precautions

Wear a life jacket during boat travel and snorkeling in case of an emergency. Bring a small amount of emergency funds. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or cash.

※Smoking is prohibited on Kai Nok and Kai Nai Island beaches.

The National Marine and Coastal Resources Authority of Thailand has decided to ban smoking at beach resorts starting in November 2017. Smoking areas will be designated at beach resorts, and smoking outside of these areas will be punishable by one year in prison and a fine of 100,000 baht.

※Beware of monkeys

Be careful when visiting Monkey Beach, as monkeys may bite or scratch you! The travel agency's insurance will not cover injuries sustained by wild monkeys.

※Coral collecting and fish feeding are prohibited.

As of 2017, collecting coral, shellfish, and starfish is prohibited during island tours and snorkeling tours in the Phuket area. Do not feed bread, bananas, fruit, etc. to fish. Violators will be fined 100,000 baht.

※Examples of complaints that are not considered complaints※ - The tour proceeds despite poor weather.

- The tour is canceled due to inclement weather.

- The guide is unfriendly.

- Vehicle pickup and drop-off times are delayed.

- The tour proceeds differently from the official schedule.

- The actual underwater environment does not match the photos.
